Scientists of Institute of Forestry and Park Gardening have established a contact with universities and research centers in Poland, Belarus, Russia, Moldavia, Romania, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Hungary and Czech Republic. Institute staff is responsible for organizing of international, nationwide and university scientific conferences. Collaboration between researches of our institute and other universities/research centers of Western and Eastern Europe, North America is extended every year. To be more specific, our scientists are involved in mutual collaboration with employees of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and Catholic University in Lublin (Poland), University of Life Sciences in Poznań (Poland), Forest Research Institute in Warsaw (Poland), Technical University in Zvolen (Slovakia), Moscow State Forest University (Russia), Saint-Petersburg State Forest-Technical Academy (Russia), Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (Germany), Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (Switzerland), universities in Vermont and Pennsylvania states (USA) and many others. Institute scientists take part in European program on establishment and research of Fagus sylvatica crops, which is coordinated by IUFRO.
